I hold graduate training in public health and am especially drawn to work that reflects authenticity, resilience, vitality, and real human connection.

Outside of work, I love hiking, rock climbing, dancing, body surfing, swimming, weightlifting, HIIT training, travel, and time outdoors. Curiosity, creativity, and movement shape both my professional and personal life.
